Highlights… Lots of edge highlights. And retouches here and there. This is it, at first light… Note to self. Don’t do that. Direct light looks dramatic but kills areas in shadow. Lots of little details tackled… The tentacles needed more interest, so I free-handed some striations, mixing layers of the two flesh tones I’ve been using, plus GW dwarf flesh. The screens/gems/diodes got a highlight of blood red, a shadow of pure black, and a hotspot of white, same as the Nurglings’ eyes. The beak got…
